Round 1 — Phone announcement with an HR executive. Following by a in-person interview with HR Manager and would-be boss. The boss ask me to answer 5 questions regarding data analysis. I either calculate or define a method to solve the problems. He was happy with that.

Round 1 — I applied via VNG portal, and didn't hear back from them. Then, a few months later, I received a call from HR asking if I am still interested in the position. The interview process was a standard one (screening round, interview with HR, interview with direct manager). I received an offer via phone within one day after final interview.
